GETTING STARTED / OUR ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

A clear scope.
A shared way forward.

Every engagement begins with your requirements. We agree the work, delivery and follow-up together.

QUESTIONS / A CLEARER STARTING POINT

Before we begin.

A few answers to help you understand the portfolio and plan your next conversation.

Which SafeNas product should we explore?

The Threat Intelligence Portal focuses on relevant threats and external exposure. The AI Automated Penetration Testing Tool supports organized, authorized testing workflows. We can discuss your objectives and guide you to the right starting point.

What does a penetration test include?

Coverage depends on the agreed objectives and assets. SafeNas describes web, mobile, cloud and Active Directory testing among its specializations. Assessment identifies potential weaknesses, while controlled testing helps validate selected findings. We agree the targets, authorization and deliverables before the work begins.

Does a leaked credential mean an account has been compromised?

A credential exposure is an important signal that needs context and verification. It does not by itself establish that the account was accessed. Your team can use the finding to guide account review and further investigation.

Can you help when we suspect an incident?

Yes. SafeNas provides compromised system assessment and incident response services. Contact us to discuss the situation, scope and availability. Avoid including passwords, access tokens or sensitive incident evidence in an initial email.

How do we get started?

Email sales@safenas.net with your organization, the product or service you are considering and a short description of the problem you want to solve. You do not need a completed technical specification to start the conversation. We will clarify requirements and define the next step together.
